Our Vision At Mosaic Community Church in Seattle, we are part of the most amazing story in the world: the story of God redeeming all of mankind through the ministry of Jesus, empowered by the Holy Spirit and offered through the Church, "the fullness of Him who fills all in all" (Ephesians 1:23).
Throughout the New Testament, we see followers of Jesus from drastically different backgrounds, with unique, Spirit-empowered gifts, come together to form a mature, healthy expression of the family of God. Our name, Mosaic, expresses this very desire. Each person who calls Mosaic Seattle home is broken in unique ways, each from different backgrounds, and each with an essential, Spirit-empowered gift to bring our church into maturity.

OUR THEOLOGY IN A WORD: JESUS. WE WANT TO BE LIKE HIM, LIVE ACCORDING TO HIS WAYS, AND INTRODUCE OTHERS TO HIM. WE BELIEVE THE BIBLE. WE STUDY IT NOT FOR KNOWLEDGE ALONE, BUT TO BE HOLISTICALLY TRANSFORMED INTO THE LIKENESS OF JESUS.
MEET OUR LEADERS
Mosaic is governed by a Senior Leadership Board (SLB) made up of six members: Archie, Jim, Jennifer, Paul, Carrie and Andrew.
Andrew Bach chairs the SLB, and he has served as the visionary leader for Mosaic since 2009.
Andrew and Carrie have been married 18 years, and they’ve always served in ministry together. They have four children: Abbie (12), Bear (10), Ellie (9) and Colette (7).
Andrew’s ministry experience has included local church leadership, regional church planting, overseeing churches across the United States and extensive overseas mission work. He has visited over 50 countries and has served in many diverse ministry contexts.
Andrew was educated at Western Theological Seminary in Portland. He enjoys dressing simply, reading all sorts of books, eating steaks, being outdoors and playing sports. His current favorite saying is, “Jesus Loves Everyone.”
Mosaic Seattle's story Mosaic began in 2005 as a small group of people seeking Jesus in an apartment in Capitol Hill. Since that point Mosaic Seattle has met in 14 different venues for our Sunday celebration gatherings, including locations in the U-District, Central District, Queen Anne, Fremont, and more. In 2014 we started holding services at our location in Edmonds, Washington. In 2021, Mosaic Eastside began meeting together as a church family. Since our start we have been sending short term and long term missionaries around the world to share the gospel and plant churches.
Mosaic began in 2005 as a small group of people seeking Jesus in an apartment in Capitol Hill. The Antioch Movement Mosaic Seattle is part of the Antioch International Movement of Churches and is connected with other Antioch churches in the Seattle region: Mosaic North and Mosaic Eastside.
Together, we are a movement of churches connected by relationship and a desire to love God, love one another and love those who do not know Jesus, through the power and work of the Holy Spirit. The Antioch movement, which began more than 20 years ago, is dedicated to seeing the local church reproduce the Kingdom of God through evangelism and discipleship throughout the United States and around the world.
Mosaic Seattle is part of the Antioch International Movement of Churches and is connected with other Antioch churches in the Seattle region: Mosaic North and Mosaic Eastside.
